Timothy V. Daniel

Since 2009, Timothy V. Daniel has maintained a general solo practice consisting of family law, estate planning and probate, bankruptcy and small business litigation. Mr. Daniel is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico and recently returned home to Central Texas after fifteen years in the Southwest — Santa Fe, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas. Mr. Daniel takes pride in providing excellent personal service to his clients and in achieving favorable outcomes that meet client needs.
Mr. Daniel graduated from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now known as Texas A&M School of Law) in Fort Worth where he excelled at legal writing and moot court. Tim also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business Management with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington. Tim was a debate team member and participant in numerous speech events while attending middle school in Mineola and, later, high school in Rockdale.
Tim has a grown son who is a sous chef in Denver, Colorado. In his leisure time, Tim enjoys live music and the arts, travel, hiking and local sports.
