Don Morehart

Don Morehart is a versatile litigator who has represented thousands of spouses and parents in family relations matters such as divorce, conservatorship disputes, child support matters, visitation disputes, and even children in child protective matters.

Since being admitted to the practice of law by the State Bar of Texas in 1988, Don has worked in government as an Assistant Potter County Attorney, an Assistant Texas Attorney General, a licensing regulator with the Texas Department of Public Safety, and as a provider of legal services for the poor with Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, but his primary experience is representing individuals in a diverse private practice for twenty-eight years in the areas of family relations, criminal defense, wills and estates, and probate matters.

Using his thirty four years of legal experience, Don brings a results oriented approach to all aspects of his clients’ matters.

Don is a devoted family man and works with children’s sports in his spare time
